Yes! Doctor Anywhere accepts Forticare Health Systems International, Inc.

Video consultations with general practitioners and specialists are fully covered, and online appointments with a mental health expert are discounted for members.

Register your account to enjoy your healthcare benefits:

1. Contact Forticare for Approval & LOA Issuance. Call (02) 5314 2273, local 114/115, or 0969 353 1884, or 0915 654 1701. Please provide the necessary information as requested by the LOA Issuance Officer for account validation.

2. Once your information is verified and approved, the secured LOA will be sent to your email. Check your email to confirm and claim your approved voucher codes.

3. Download the Doctor Anywhere App, sign up to create an account, and complete your profile.

4. To consult a doctor on the Doctor Anywhere app, choose "See a GP Now" or "Book an Appointment." 5. In the payment section, enter your voucher code under "Add Benefits".

You can get a medical certificate at no additional fee following your online video consultation, but it will only be issued if the doctor deems it necessary.

To validate your medical certificate, have your employer send an email request to askus.php@doctoranywhere.com with both the certificate and consent letter attached. Additionally, you may use our self-service MC validation portal at https://doctoranywhere.com/mc-validation.

Use the ID/NRIC/Passport Number (case sensitive) that is registered on your Doctor Anywhere account. You can find the related ID by tapping "More" > "View Profile" > "About Me".

You can consult with a doctor on our mobile app for diagnosis, medical advice, referrals, prescription refills, and purchases. Simply follow these steps:

1. Select the service you require under "Virtual Consultation" – it could be “General Practitioner”, “Specialist”, or “Mental Health”.

2. If you would like to consult with a general practitioner, you may either see a GP on-demand or book an appointment by tapping the calendar icon.

3. For specialists, choose your preferred healthcare provider and select a date and time.

You can also add them to your "Favorites" list by tapping the heart icon.
