Yes! Doctor Anywhere accepts MCBL. MCBL covers video consultations with general practitioners, internal medicine doctors, and family medicine doctors:

For Medical Secure customers, you can access unlimited video consultations.

For HealthFlex customers, four (4) video consultations will be covered. Once the four consultations are used, additional online consultations will be offered at a discounted rate.

Medical Secure and HealthFlex customers can also access discounted online appointments with mental health experts and specialists. No LOA is required. Register your account to enjoy your healthcare benefits:

1. Download the free Doctor Anywhere app on Google Play Store or App Store, and launch the app.

2. On the main screen, press "Continue" under "Membership & Health Plan".

3. Choose "Link Your Membership”.

4. Make sure the location is set to "Philippines".

5. Choose Manulife.

You can get a medical certificate at no additional fee following your online video consultation, but it will only be issued if the doctor deems it necessary.

To validate your medical certificate, have your employer send an email request to askus.php@doctoranywhere.com with both the certificate and consent letter attached. Additionally, you may use our self-service MC validation portal at https://doctoranywhere.com/mc-validation.

Use the ID/NRIC/Passport Number (case sensitive) that is registered on your Doctor Anywhere account. You can find the related ID by tapping "More" > "View Profile" > "About Me".

You can consult with a doctor on our mobile app for diagnosis, medical advice, referrals, prescription refills, and purchases. Simply follow these steps:

1. Select the service you require under "Virtual Consultation" – it could be “General Practitioner”, “Specialist”, or “Mental Health”.

2. If you would like to consult with a general practitioner, you may either see a GP on-demand or book an appointment by tapping the calendar icon.

3. For specialists, choose your preferred healthcare provider and select a date and time.

You can also add them to your "Favorites" list by tapping the heart icon.
