Medicare Plus members can speak to Family Medicine Doctors, General Practitioners, Internal Medicine Doctors, and Primary Care Doctors 24/7, on-demand or by appointment.
Specialists are available by appointment, including Cardiologists, Dermatologists, Endocrinologists, ENT Specialists, Gastroenterologists, General Surgeons, Nephrologists, OB-GYNs, Ophthalmologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Pediatricians, Pulmonologists, and Urologists.
Letter of Authorization (LOA) is not required.
Medical certificates can be obtained through Doctor Anywhere. Book an online appointment to request a medical certificate during your consultation. Please be advised that the issuance of a medical certificate is at the sole discretion of the doctors. They are usually free of charge or part of the consultation fee.
Your ID number registered in 'My Info' is the password to access your medical certificate in app.
