Members can speak to Medicare Plus accredited doctors, including general practitioners, internal medicine doctors, or family medicine doctors, 24/7, on-demand, or by appointment.

Medicare Plus accredited specialists are available by appointment, including cardiologists, dermatologists, endocrinologists, ENT specialists, gastroenterologists, general surgeons, hematologists, infectious disease doctors, nephrologists, OB-GYNs, oncologists, ophthalmologists, orthopedic surgeons, pediatricians, pulmonologists, rehabilitation medicine specialists, rheumatologists, and urologists.
Letter of Authorization (LOA) is not required.
💡You can get a medical certificate at no additional fee following your online video consultation, but it will only be issued if the doctor deems it necessary.
