Video Consult A Doctor
Common conditions suitable for video consultation include cough, cold, flu, fever, diarrhea, menstrual issues, and more. After your video consultation, you can access your medical history and medical documents, such as medical certificates, prescriptions, and more, directly through the Doctor Anywhere app. Medical certificates may be issued only when medically necessary and at the discretion of the attending doctor.
If the doctor determines that your condition is not suitable for a video consultation, you will be advised to visit a clinic or hospital, and the call will be ended at no charge.
