Suitable common conditions include cough, cold, flu, fever, diarrhea, and even medication refill. Access your medical history, records, and medical documents directly in-app. If the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for a video consult, you will be advised to go to the clinic or hospital, and your call will be ended without charge.

Please note that the issuance does not involve clearances from specialists, SSS, or any other parties, and we cannot arrange them.

Dr. Janice Tabag
Dr. Tabag has been practicing medicine since 2012 and has worked in both hospitals and private companies as a physician. She has experience in emergency room cases and practices family medicine. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine in 2008 from the University of Perpetual Help in Laguna.
