Create and use a separate account for your dependent, as the doctors will issue the online medical documents (prescription, medical certificate, referrals, etc.) under the account holder's profile. We follow a one-user per-account policy for security reasons and for the personal organization of electronic medical records.
Upon registration, it's important to note the following:
Create a separate profile using a unique email address.
In the absence of a valid ID, you may use a birth certificate and make the ‘Registry number’ (see upper right corner of the birth certificate) as the ID number on the Doctor Anywhere app.
If available, you can also link your HMO or insurance account to enjoy fully covered video consultations. To link your corporate membership account, tap ‘Membership & Health Plan’ on the main screen > ‘Link your Membership’ > Pick your HMO provider from the list.

No, dependents cannot use your Doctor Anywhere account. For security and accurate medical record-keeping, each user, including dependents, must have their own Doctor Anywhere account. This ensures that online medical documents such as prescriptions, medical certificates, and referrals are correctly issued under the appropriate individual's profile.
Registration guidelines for dependents:
Each account requires a unique email. If your dependent doesn't have one, you can create a new email address for them.
If a valid ID isn't available, you can use your dependent's birth certificate. Enter the 'Registry number' (located in the upper right corner of the birth certificate) as the ID number during registration.
To enjoy fully covered video consultations, link your dependent's HMO or insurance account. Tap 'Membership & Health Plan' on the main screen >Select 'Link Your Membership'
