MedAsia Philippines members can access online consultations via video call with licensed doctors through the Doctor Anywhere app

Members can speak to accredited doctors, including general practitioners, internal medicine doctors, or family medicine doctors, 24/7, on-demand, or by appointment.

 

Accredited specialists are available by appointment, including cardiologists, dermatologists, endocrinologists, ENT specialists, gastroenterologists, general surgeons, hematologists, infectious disease doctors, nephrologists, OB-GYNs, oncologists, ophthalmologists, orthopedic surgeons, pediatricians, pulmonologists, rehabilitation medicine specialists, rheumatologists, and urologists.

 

Online appointments with a mental health expert are also discounted for members.
 

   Letter of Authorization (LOA) is not required.

​You can get a medical certificate at no additional fee following your online video consultation, but it will only be issued if the doctor deems it necessary.

Access your telemedicine benefits

  1. Download the Doctor Anywhere App, sign up to create an account, and complete your profile.

  2. Call MedAsia’s hotline to receive your promo code

  3. To consult a doctor on the app, select the service you require under "Virtual Consultation" – it could be “General Practitioner”, “Specialist”, or “Mental Health”.

  4. In the payment section, enter your voucher code under "Add Benefits".
