Under this partnership, EastWest Healthcare members can video consult with primary care doctors via Doctor Anywhere's secure mobile app. This feature allows for both on-demand consultations and scheduled appointments, and there is no need for a letter of authorization (LOA), enabling users to seek medical advice and treatment conveniently. The 24/7 availability of doctors through the platform ensures that users can receive timely medical attention, even outside of traditional clinic hours. Furthermore, all e-medical documents, such as prescriptions, referrals, and medical certificates, are securely stored and easily accessible within the app, providing a safe and convenient experience for users.
